How do I open a NovaBank business account?
Start with Create an Account or talk to our commercial desk. We walk through entity documents, ownership, and how you intend to bank — then issue credentials for online and mobile access.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Freeze the card immediately in Help → Lost/Stolen Card, then email Branch.001novabanking@gmail.com or use chat. We reissue plastic and restore access once identity is verified.
How do I access online banking?
Sign in with your registered email and password. From there you can view balances, transfer funds, and review recent activity.
Can I move money between accounts?
Yes. After you sign in, NovaBank supports deposits, transfers between accounts, and a full transaction history.
